Authorization codes, often referred to as license keys or activation codes, are used to verify that a piece of software is legitimately purchased or entitled to be used by the person or organization using it. 3) Activate MITCalc with the authorization code
- Open MITCalc (or the license manager included).
- From the Help or License menu choose “Activate product” or “Enter authorization code”.
- Paste the authorization/registration code exactly as provided.
- If prompted, enter the email address used for purchase.
- Click Activate/OK. A success message or activated-license status should appear.
If activation is offline:
- Use the product’s “Offline activation” option to generate a request file, upload it on the MITCalc activation web page (or email it to support), then import the returned response file into the product.

- Keep a secure copy of your authorization code and purchase receipt.
- Deactivate the license before wiping/reinstalling a machine.
