The Good:

Memory Leak Contained: The official v1.6.2 patch (included in the CPY release) fixed the catastrophic 12GB RAM leak. The CPY version holds steady around 5-6GB usage. You can play for 4 hours without a crash.
Frame Pacing: On a modern mid-range PC (RTX 3060 / Ryzen 5 5600X / 16GB RAM), the CPY version locks to 60 FPS at 1080p with everything maxed (except Interactive Smoke/Fog, which is still bugged). The stuttering during Batmobile high-speed turns is mostly gone.
No Denuvo Tax: Because CPY gutted Denuvo, CPU usage is noticeably lower than the legit Steam version running the same patch. The crack actually performs better than the legal copy in side-by-side tests from 2016 (and still today).

The Bad:

Texture Pop-in is Eternal: This is a core engine issue. Even the CPY patch cannot fix the fact that textures on buildings and roads take 2-3 seconds to load when you spin the camera. It’s better than launch, but it’s still a 2014 console port at heart.
Batmobile Framedrops: When you boost through smoke and debris while 20 tanks fire at you? The framerate will dip to 45 FPS. Always. The CPY patch smooths it, but doesn’t eliminate it.
No 4K UI Scaling: The UI is tiny at 4K. CPY didn’t add that—Rocksteady only fixed it in the 2016 “return to sale” patch (v1.7+). Crucially, the CPY crack is based on v1.6.2, which lacks the final optimization pass and the 4K UI fix.
