For practical gamers, no. Artemis or CCAPI offer better compatibility, safer installations, and active developer support. The real exclusivity of Codebreaker was its dongle-based security, and that’s been irrelevant since 2015.
That said, if you manage to find a verified working copy of the Codebreaker PS3 PKG Exclusive, hold onto it. It’s a rare snapshot of a time when modding was about breaking through Sony’s walls, not just downloading a cheat table.
