3. EPG Not Populating

Cause: 2021 XMLTV sources may be outdated.
Fix: Switch to Rytec EPG or EPG-Importer. Download the newest sources configuration file from the plugin's update menu.

Flashing Procedure

  1. Format your USB drive to FAT32 with default sector size.
  2. Rename the firmware file to fuji9100_hyper.bin (check your bootloader requirements; some need flash.bin).
  3. Power off the Fuji Box 9100 completely (unplug power cord).
  4. Insert the USB drive into the rear USB port (not front).
  5. Press and hold the "CH+" or "Standby" button (varies by bootloader version) while reconnecting power.
  6. Keep holding until you see "USB Update" or "Firmware Upgrade" on the front VFD display.
  7. Release the button. The update will take 3-5 minutes. The box will reboot automatically.
  8. Upon reboot, perform a factory reset from the menu: Setup → Factory Reset → Yes.
  9. Reconfigure your tuners (LNB settings, DiSEqC) and network.

6. Performance Benchmarks (user-reported)
