⚠️ Important Warnings
- Use at your own risk – This tool is intended for service centers. Incorrect use can brick your printer or void the warranty.
- Only for waste ink counter reset – Common use case; but changing firmware or wrong adjustments can cause permanent damage.
- Driver required – Printer must be properly installed via USB (network support is limited in this version).
2. Physical Ink Flooding
Resetting the waste ink counter without physically cleaning or replacing the ink pads can cause ink to spill inside the printer, damaging the power supply and mainboard.
➡ Best practice: Before resetting the counter, open the printer and check the waste ink sponge. If it is saturated, replace it or install an external waste ink tank. Epson Service Support Tool Ver.1.4.1
Supported Printers
Compatible with a wide range of Epson consumer and business inkjet printers released before 2023–2024, including: ⚠️ Important Warnings
- EcoTank L-series (L110, L210, L300, L350, L365, L455, etc.)
- WorkForce Pro series
- Expression Home & Premium series
- Some older Stylus Photo models

Step 4: Select Your Printer Model
From the dropdown, choose the exact series. If your series isn't listed, you may need a different adjustment program—Ver.1.4.1 may still work with generic Epson protocols.
Troubleshooting (Ver. 1.4.1 specific)
- “Not found printer” – Exit tool, re-enter service mode, re-launch tool as Admin.
- Wrong model shown – Verify printer’s service ID (some models require a different tool version).
- Error code after reset – Print a nozzle check; if still blinking with waste ink error, the pad counter wasn’t fully reset.
