Issue 1: Sequence Number Mismatch

Symptoms: The GBCE link rejects all messages with a "SeqNum too low" error. Cause: One side of the link restarted without resetting the session. Solution: Send a Logout message followed by a Logon with the ResetSeqNumFlag set to Y.
