2.3 Economy Without a Cash Shop
The official game’s economy is broken by premium enchantment boosters and resets. In Extreme, the only way to get high-end Vis (gold) is to farm, craft, or trade. The server is funded purely by voluntary donations for cosmetic items (that offer no stats). As a result:
- Enchantment scrolls are rare drops from world bosses.
- Attribute stones must be crafted via alchemy.
- Weapon upgrading from +6 to +7 has a terrifyingly low success rate—and items can break.
This creates a “salty” economy where a +8 rapier is a status symbol, not a credit card swipe. granado espada extreme
Step 4: Economy Tips
- Do not buy potions from the NPC. Farm herbs from the starting fields and craft your own HP pots (Alchemy Level 1).
- Pick up everything. Even “Junk” items (broken blades, torn fabric) can be sold to the NPC vendor for vis.
- Join the official Discord and post your loot. Trading is barter-heavy; you might swap 100 iron ores for a decent level 40 sword.
7. Community & Reception
- Korean/Japanese players: Appreciate the challenge and faster progression, but some feel it becomes repetitive once endgame is reached quickly.
- Western players (via private servers): Generally positive, praising the reduced grind and active PvE/PvP scene. However, the small population is a common complaint.
- Criticism: Without careful balancing, the Extreme mode can devolve into a "one-shot or be one-shot" meta.
A. Combat & Difficulty
- Monsters deal 2–3x more damage.
- Crowd control (stun, knockdown) is more frequent and dangerous.
- Bosses have additional phases and enrage timers.
- Healing and buffs are less effective; positioning and kiting become essential.
