Step 2: Drawing the Court

  1. Draw the Court Base:

    • Use the RECTANGLE command (or REC shortcut) to draw a rectangle that represents the court.
    • Specify the first corner, e.g., (0,0), and the other corner as (20,10) to create a 20x10 meter rectangle.
  2. Add Court Features:

    • Net:
      • The net is 10 meters long and 0.92 meters high in the middle.
      • Divide the court in half lengthwise and draw a line to represent the net using the LINE command.
      • For accuracy, ensure the line starts at (10,0) and ends at (10,0.92).
    • Service Lines:
      • There are service lines 6.95 meters from the net.
      • Draw two lines parallel to the net, one at X=16.05 and one at X=3.95, to represent these.
  3. Walls and Glass:

    • Padel courts are surrounded by walls and often glass on the back and sides.
    • Assume walls are 4 meters high for simplicity.
    • Draw lines to represent the outer dimensions of the walls/glass on the sides, back, and front.
  4. Doubles and Singles Areas:

    • For doubles, the court width remains 10 meters.
    • Mark areas for doubles and singles play with lines.
