The 10-Day Personal MBA Crash Course
Module 5: Leadership & Strategy (The When of Decision-Making)
- Core concept: Strategy is what you choose not to do. Leadership is making those trade-offs clear.
- Mental model to install: OODA Loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act).
- Installation exercise: For your next small decision (e.g., which task to start first), run it through OODA. Time yourself. 60 seconds. Then act.
These five modules are your installation package. Now, how do you actually install them?
Day 3: Apply It to a Past Decision
Take a business mistake you made in the last 30 days. Run it through the model. Where would using this model have changed your choice? Write the "alternate history." personal mba business crash course install
