Step 1: Launch the Installer

Insert the CD/USB or locate the downloaded setup file (usually named Setup.exe or QRMA_4.3.0.exe).
Right-click the file and select "Run as Administrator."

Batch Mode for Clinics

If you run multiple scans daily:

Enable Batch Mode in Settings → General → “Enable batch processing.”
Assign a barcode scanner to client IDs.
The software auto-creates folders by date and patient ID.

4. Initial Configuration

Language: Go to Settings or System Setup to select your preferred language (English, Spanish, etc.).
User Info: Enter the details of the practitioner or clinic name, as this will appear on the generated reports.
Port Settings: Go to the "System Setup" menu. Ensure the correct COM port is selected. If you see a drop-down list, select the COM port associated with the USB device. (You can find this in Windows Device Manager > Ports).
