If your goal is simply to prevent crashes, you may not need full SAMPFUNCS. Consider just using CrashFix.asi and FastMemory.asi . Prerequisites
Prerequisites
- GTA San Andreas 1.0 US Hoodlum EXE (Steam version must be downgraded).
- SA-MP 0.3.7 R5 Client installed in your GTA SA directory.
- CLEO 4+ (CLEO 4.3 or CLEO 5 is recommended).
- ASI Loader (Usually comes with CLEO, but you can install
Silent's ASI Loader).
Prohibited Uses (Get banned instantly):
- Aimbot (automatic headshot scripts).
- Server-sided money/weapon hacks (trying to spawn money on RP servers results in a global ban).
- Pulling other players out of vehicles without permission.
- Spectator hacks (watching admins while invisible).
Verdict: If you play on a serious roleplay server like LS-RP, Red County RP, or any server using SAMP Guard or AC-3, do not install SAMPFUNCS. You will be banned within minutes.
Error 4: "Game Modification Detected" kick from server.
- Cause: The server uses a strong anti-cheat (like RakSAMP or JIT).
- Fix: You cannot use SAMPFUNCS here. You must uninstall by deleting
sampfuncs.asi. Do not attempt to bypass; you will be permanently banned.
4. Toggleable Mods
You can enable/disable specific hacks without restarting the game. Common toggles include:
- Disable water collisions (walk on seabed).
- Disable traffic (remove all NPC cars).
- Fast reload / No spread (weapon mods).
- Airbreak (flight mode – this is considered cheating on most servers).
