Xycd60 Manual May 2026
Detailed Product Guide and Manual: XYCD-60 Dual-Output Temperature Controller
Please note: The XYCD-60 is a widely manufactured generic temperature controller. While this guide covers the standard hardware and functionality, specific wire color codes or port layouts may vary slightly between production batches. Always verify the markings on your specific device's terminal blocks before final wiring. xycd60 manual
6. Operation
- Upon power-up, display shows input voltage.
- Press + button to cycle display: Voltage → Current → Power (if supported).
- When a fault condition occurs (OV, UV, OC), the relay opens and the display flashes the fault type (e.g., OUP for over-voltage).
- After the fault clears and delay time (P6) elapses, the relay reconnects automatically (unless manual reset mode is selected).
XY-CD60 Programmable Digital Voltage & Current Control Module – User Manual
Chapter 1: First, Identify Your XYCD60 Device
Before diving into the manual specifics, you must identify which XYCD60 you own. Based on user reports and product listings, the XYCD60 is predominantly one of two devices: Upon power-up, display shows input voltage
- The 6-Inch Digital Caliper (most common): A stainless steel electronic caliper with an LCD screen, used for precision internal/external measurements.
- The Automotive Programmable Timer Relay: A 12V/24V delay-off timer module used in cars, boats, or industrial control systems.
How to confirm:
- Look for physical markings. If it has jaws (inner/outer) and a depth rod, it is the caliper.
- If it has 4-5 colored wires (red, black, white, yellow, etc.) and a small LCD with buttons labeled (H,M,S), it is the timer relay.
This guide will focus primarily on the Digital Caliper version, then provide a dedicated section for the Timer Relay at the end. Wiring: Red (+12V)
What You Need:
- A gauge block (1", 2", or 25mm, 50mm) – or a known-good reference object.
- Clean cloth.
3. Interface & Controls
- Display: Shows voltage (V), current (A), or parameter codes.
- SET button: Enter menu / confirm setting.
- + / - buttons: Adjust parameter values.
- Output terminals: Load connection (NO/NC/COM relay output).
- Power input terminals: DC supply (IN+ / IN-).
9. Safety Notes
- Do not exceed 60V or 10A continuously without heatsinking.
- Use external fuse (≤10A) for protection.
- Module is not isolated — treat all terminals as live DC.
- For inductive loads (motors, solenoids), add a flyback diode across the load.
Physical Setup:
- Wiring: Red (+12V), Black (GND), White (Trigger input), Yellow (Relay output – NO/COM/NC depending on model).
- Display: Shows "00:00:00" (Hours:Minutes:Seconds).
